Description
Hydraulic clamp and pressing device can firmly clamp the workpiece, prevent the saw blade from vibrating, increase the sawing accuracy, and thus increase the service life of the saw blade.
The servo motor cooperates with the ball screw feeding system, which can accurately and quickly send the material to the exact position, improving work efficiency
The saw blade cutting feed system uses a servo motor and rotates with the ball screw to ensure the speed of the saw blade movement and increase the accuracy and stability of cutting.
The sawing foundation is in the lateral suspension structure; the guide device is arranged with double—row roller type straight slide rail.
In the travelling of sawing foundation, the grinding gear, rack and servo motor are arranged to guarantee the compatibility of sawing speed.
Except for the fioating rollers, all other contents on the working platform are made of chromium-platedsteel plate in order to avoid scratch of materials.
